It is important to me to educate everyone on menstrual cycle health, and make cyclical support accessible to all. My navigation focuses on meeting you where you’re at. We will discuss cheap and free tools you can use on a daily basis, some which you might already have in places like your kitchen, or outside in nature. We will talk about what we can take away, instead of adding in a bunch of marketed wellness products. We will unpack gender biases and societal norms to destigmatize the period. We will utilize nutrition, movement, stress management and spiritual practices to create a plan that works for you, your budget, your time, and your current existence!
